We've come a long way on targeting exactly what we want our product to be.
In the beginning, it was a platform for trainees only - with the intention to add coaches in the future.

After a while of development and more interviews with potential customers - we understood that our real target are coaches.

So we validated our idea with ~10 potential customers and went on our way.

Today we are almost done building the MVP and we already have beta testers to use our product.

We both are lifting weights for a long time, and always been trying to use various apps. No app was good enough for serious lifters - so we ended up using Excel documents, which are hard to maintain. That's when we realized that we're going to build something of our own.
