Medows
AI Clinical Workspace for Doctors
I'm a software engineer, not a doctor. I spent months shadowing doctors on hospital wards and kept seeing the same thing: one doctor holding 30-plus patients in their head, an EMR that only stores data and is not where they actually think, and a pile of AI tools that each solve one task while none of them know what is happening on the ward right now.
Every clinical AI tool I tried solved one moment. Draft a note. Answer a question. Then hand the patient back and disappear. But a ward round is not one moment, it is continuous.
So instead of building another point tool, we built a workspace: one place that holds a doctor's whole shift, grounds every answer in the patient on screen, and is built to be verified so every answer traces back to the data it used. We just launched on Product Hunt, and it's free for individual clinicians.
The bet: a workspace that understands your whole shift beats a smarter bot that understands one slice of it.
Two things I'm still working out, and I'd genuinely love this community's take:
We're going bottom-up (individual clinicians, free) rather than selling top-down to hospitals. Has anyone here cracked bottom-up distribution in a regulated, professional niche?
For a free product, what was the earliest signal you trusted that it was actually working, before revenue?

Happy to share what we learned building it.
