June 24, 2025 I built a free tool to fight meeting fatigue (and use it as a lead magnet for my SaaS)

As a founder, my "deep work" time was constantly getting shredded by 30-minute "syncs" that absolutely should have been an email. I was getting frustrated with the productivity drain, not just for me, but for my whole team.

So, I built a small, free tool to fight back.

It's called "Should This Be A Meeting?"

It's a super simple evaluator that walks you through the goals of your interaction to help you decide if you really need to block everyone's calendar, or if an asynchronous method (like email, Slack, or a shared doc) would be more effective. It even generates polite email templates you can use to suggest a different approach.

You can try it here

I'd genuinely love for you to try it out and give me your most honest, brutal feedback.

June 23, 2025 Free Tool for Founders: A Dead-Simple Calculator for the Real Cost of Your Meetings

Hey fellow founders,

Our most precious, non-renewable resource isn't capital... It's focused time. And for many of us, meetings are the #1 killer of that focus.

We track our runway and burn rate to the penny, but we often ignore the massive cost of meetings hiding in our calendars. I got obsessed with this idea and built a simple tool to put a real number on it.

I'm sharing it with the community for free. No email gate, no signup, nothing.

Calculate Your Meeting Cost in 10 Seconds

I built this as a small part of a bigger mission I'm on with my main project, MeetingHero.ai, which is all about making meetings better, more valuable and less stressful. But even if you never look at my main product, I hope this little calculator helps you and your team have a data-driven conversation about how you spend your time.

Maybe it helps you justify shortening that weekly sync from 60 to 30 minutes, or cutting the attendee list in half. That's a huge win.

Hope you find it useful. Let me know what you think

About

It was born out of my own frustration with last minute meeting invites and not having the time to properly prepare for them and how long it takes to find the information for each attendee
