Meetrics
Team Calendar Metrics and Reporting
After a year of researching, observing and building we've finally landed our first paying Meetrics customer.
Over the past few months, we have been blessed to have a steady flow of people using Meetrics for free. This provided us countless observations and an awesome place to test new ideas. Most importantly, it's allowed us to validate the problem that people are facing with meetings in their organizations.
It's incredibly rewarding to see that all of our work and everything we've built resonated with our new customer.
On to the next one...
We have our first test customer! A mid-sized tech company will be helping us test V1 of our application. They have several teams that fit our current hypotheses for user personas, so this will be an important early test of our ability to help companies increase productivity by improving or removing bad meetings.
Additionally, we've received leads from over 60 companies since launching our first landing page. This is another strong sign that we're working on fixing a problem that companies are eager to solve.

We finally got our Meetrics landing page ready to be shared with the general public and started initially here at IndieHackers.
The last time around, I got a lot of great feedback from this community and am expecting more of the same for Meetrics.
Also, getting a few potential beta user leads wouldn't hurt.

A group of us got together (remotely) in the midst of national quarantines to discuss initial steps. We put together a roadmap, made some initial purchases, and discussed next steps.
Bootstrapping can be somewhat expensive so we are trying to stay lean and get an MVP out the door as soon as possible.

About
If meetings aren't kept in check they can drag down a team. We have a goal to help companies monitor the health of their meeting habits.
