Melimundo
Schengen 90/180 rule calculator for travellers.
The first version of Melimundo.com aimed to do too much. I envisioned it as a robust case management tool for immigration lawyers and specialists, but that required building numerous features. Realising it was overwhelming, I decided to strip back and focus on the one feature that would truly make Melimundo valuable.
Visa document management was the reason I started Melimundo in the first place as I had to go through the immigration process to become a digital nomad in Spain.
So, I doubled down on that single goal. In less than two days, it was complete, released, and ready for users to test. And I wish I had started there from the beginning—that’s all I needed to build. Now, it's ready for real-world testing.
Some say you shouldn’t build the solution right away, but rather talk to people, learn what they need, and identify their problems. While that's important, I’ve found that if you can actually show people something tangible, the feedback becomes far more valuable.

Having gone through the visa process, I created tools initially for myself.
