January 8, 2026 Things are slowly growing

Ive managed to aquire 15 users in a month, although a lot where found in my network its still good progress.

Im trying to leverage their behavior through analytics and outreach to find out what works, and what doesnt and then iteratively fixing it.

One of the asks was to expand bookings to allow for webinars on the platform as we only support 1 on 1 bookings, im just testing and launching it this week.

Ive also decided to try paid ads specifically UGC ads - i feel like it would be a good fit as this tool is minded for creators - im getting a few ads done this week and ill let you know the results :)

Last thing is ive added a new landing page specifically for creators - im launching this to go well with the UGC ads and it speaks to a younger audience.

December 11, 2025 I built a membership platform in 3 weeks using AI — now getting my first customers

Hey IH 👋

I built a membership platform in 3 weeks with AI. Here's what happened.

I wanted to create a platform where you can start without dishing out cash. Starting a membership program takes time, and my platform allows that with the free tier. I also feel like i have a simplistic approach to UX and i tried to take a quite complex platform and make it easy to use without compromising on functionality.

Id like to introduce MemberYoYo — an all-in-one platform where you can run your entire membership business:

  • Courses with progress tracking

  • Fully customizable community with categories, channels that can be accessible through subscription tiers

  • Email suite for newsletters and automated sequences for welcome mails and Dms to members

  • Booking system (Zoom/Google Meet) to allow members to book consultations again accessible through subscriptions or to sell as one off consultation meetings

  • Subscription payments via Stripe

  • Website builder for your landing page and membership portal (this took the majority of me and Claudes time to be completely honest)

  • Custom domain support for emails and website

  • Shop functionality for selling swag or other physical products

  • Affiliate program for members to help with growth

I got my explainer video created today, check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Id903MX-iMs

The key difference: We don't take a cut of your revenue. No platform fees. You just pay a flat monthly rate (and there's a free tier to start).

I build it with claude code, but i also tested cursor and lovable and a few others. Claude code is by far the best.

Where I'm at:
Just launched. Zero users. Looking for my first creators to try it out and tell me what's broken or missing.

The ask:
If you're a creator, coach, or thinking about starting a membership — I'd love for you to kick the tires. Free plan is actually usable (not a crippled trial).

Would especially love feedback on:

  • What features matter most to you?

  • What would make you switch from your current setup?

  • What's confusing or missing?

  • Is it actually as easy to use as i let my self to believe? haha

About

After 20 years as a developer, I wanted to build my own products instead of working on other people's. Membership platforms seemed overpriced and overcomplicated for solo creators. So I built a simpler one.
