Firstly, I'm running Google Ads campaign and watching user behavior by HotJar. This is helpful for detecting small bugs or design flaw. Though some users seems to be engaged with the product, the most (over 90%) users drop off before completing their first learning session. My task now is to detect in what step users are actually dropping off and fix problem found in that step.
