I'm Samay, and I just launched Memryze — a native iOS notes app.
The problem I kept running into: my life was scattered across a dozen different notes and apps. A grocery list here, an appointment there, a work idea somewhere else. And every time I wanted to capture something, I'd have to stop and think about which app, which folder, which category it belonged in - which meant I often just... didn't write it down.
So I built something that removes that friction entirely. Capture anything, instantly, with zero setup. Then instead of scrolling and hoping you tagged it right, you just ask it - "what's on my grocery list," "what appointments do I have this week" - and AI pulls the answer straight from your own notes.
Some specifics:
- Native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI), not a wrapped web app
- Core app — capture, folders, reminders — is free forever
- The AI "Ask" feature is free to try for 3 months, then a small monthly upgrade
- Built solo, bootstrapped, ~$50/month infra budget so far
