Together with my two Co-Founders we created Meniu (meniuapp.com) 1 year 4 months ago, we have managed to get more than 6000 users to register in our Saas. At first it was difficult to get users but we decided to focus our efforts on implementing an SEO strategy and making tutorials on YouTube. These have been our main acquisition channels.

We are based in Mexico, and our main users come from Latin American countries and Spain. However, we are working on expanding into the United States and Europe to increase our growth opportunities.

At first, we struggled to grow due to a high monthly churn rate, ranging from 20% to 25%. To tackle this challenge, we implemented satisfaction surveys throughout different parts of the app to understand why users were choosing to stop paying. Additionally, we introduced a survey before users canceled their subscriptions. These efforts have significantly helped us reduce the churn rate.

I came across a very interesting article (https://microangel.so/p/saas-growth) that discusses the advantages of maintaining a low churn rate and even highlights the benefits of achieving a negative churn rate. This can be achieved by selling additional features to existing customers.
