July 7, 2026 Menulook is refreshed!

We’re building an AI-powered digital menu platform for restaurants, cafes, bars, and hotels.

MenuLook helps hospitality teams turn PDFs or menu photos into branded QR menus, manage multilingual copies, add reservations/waitlist, track menu analytics, and keep everything updated without the usual PDF + print chaos.

Would love feedback from founders, marketers, and anyone who has worked with restaurants or hospitality products:
What would make a product like this feel like a must-have, not just a nice-to-have?`

What stood out to me is that you're solving the operational side of menus, not just digitizing them.

Restaurants rarely struggle with creating a menu. They struggle with keeping every version accurate across languages, channels, and daily changes. If MenuLook consistently removes that operational burden, it becomes much harder to replace than a simple QR menu tool.

Really appreciate this — and yes, that’s exactly how I think about it too.

The first menu can be created in a day. The harder problem is keeping it accurate across daily changes, languages, branches, and different guest touchpoints.

That operational layer is what I want MenuLook to own, because once a restaurant truly depends on that, it stops being a “nice QR tool” and starts becoming real infrastructure.

        Interesting.

Reading your reply made me think less about menu operations themselves and more about what changes once restaurants start depending on that operational layer as infrastructure.

I don't think I can explain that line of reasoning properly in a thread without oversimplifying it.

If you're interested, what's the best email to reach you on?

If you share a bit of context on what you’re seeing around the “operational layer as infrastructure” angle, I’d be especially interested.

Thanks! I’ve just sent it over.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts whenever you have a chance.
