I'm building MenuSuite — a PWA-first platform that helps small restaurants, cafes, and food trucks digitize their operations without breaking the bank.
The Problem
Most restaurant tech is either:
Too expensive (monthly fees that eat into thin margins)
Too complex (enterprise features small businesses don't need)
Requires app downloads (friction that kills customer adoption)
The Solution
MenuSuite is a web app where customers just scan a QR code and can:
Browse the menu
Add items to cart
Place orders directly to the kitchen
Staff get a real-time dashboard with order management and a kitchen display system (KDS). No app downloads, no expensive hardware.
Current State
🚧 Alpha stage — core features are built, looking for early feedback before launching publicly.

Built something for restaurant QR flows too, the line about monthly fees that eat into thin margins is real. A lot of teams start with static codes or Bitly, I'm building ScanLoop more around editable links plus scan history per table or flyer because thats the bit owners keep asking about after launch. Might be worth keeping the landing page super blunt on what changes after print vs a normal menu QR.
