Hey everyone 👋

I recently started building MergeGuard — an AI-powered GitHub PR review tool that analyzes pull requests and suggests fixes directly inside GitHub comments.

The idea came from seeing how inconsistent and time-consuming code reviews can become, especially for smaller teams and fast-moving projects.

Current progress:

- GitHub App integration working

- PR webhooks connected

- AI review comments posting successfully

- Tested GPT-based review quality

-Auto “Fix Code” working

The goal is to make PR reviews:

- faster

- more consistent

- more actionable

I’m currently focused on:

1. improving review accuracy

2. reducing noisy comments

3. making installation super simple

Would love feedback from developers:

- What annoys you most during PR reviews?

- Would AI-generated fix suggestions be useful?

- What would make you trust an AI reviewer?
