It's been a while I updated you about the progress of Chatsilo.
Before now, the extension only works on Messenger attached to Facebook which can be accessed from here: https://web.facebook.com/messages/t/ but just few days ago, we released a new version that works directly on Messenger.com interface.

It's been a while I posted here on this platform.

Over the last few weeks, I have been constantly working on the extension and adding new features without thinking of changing our pricing even though people have been telling me the price then was too cheap.
I had a starter and pro (all the features) plans which cost 4.99 and $9.9 per month respectively.
On top of that, Chatsilo was a freemium app and each time people install the extension on the Chrome store, they expect to get a license but each account was tied to the person google account.
So I finally gave in and removed the free plan. Turned the extension into a fully paid one with user license system.
I also gave the free as well as current users 60% OFF coupon if they would love to move to any of our monthly, yearly or lifetime plan.
Do I consider the price changes as an experiment?
Well, since after starting this product, I have seen two more chrome extensions with the same idea but with like 20% of the features I have and are charging $29 per month.
Prospects might think my own extension doesn't work as intended and that's why I was charging too cheap.
So, why do I have a great product and be afraid to charge customers.
Now is the time I will discover how valuable this product is to our customers.

Interesting idea. I'd say your price increase is fine.
I wonder if there are a lot of normal facebook users who are selling on Marketplace all the time. You might be able to run some facebook ads and just sell them the Marketplace piece of your software. Would need to be super cheap I'd imagine. Probably no more than $5, but I have no clue. Just a thought I had after looking at your site.

Regarding the marketplace sellers, I have not got to know that two people wants to use the extension for Facebook marketplace from user interaction.
So, I added the feature.
Do you mean I should make a separate extension for Facebook marketplace?

I think I misunderstood the functionality of the extension. After watching the youtube video, it looks like you were just saying that if you get messaged a lot because of posting things on Marketplace, then ChatSilo can help you organize the messages

Hello,
Just like I promised you in my last update here on indiehackers, I want to inform you that you can now change the color of your Chatsilo tags anyway you like.
The next milestone on the list is:
The extension would be detached so it floats on its own. That way you won't have to click on it and go back and forth.
Let say you are using Chatsilo and you check something on other tabs and you come back to messenger, it would be where you left it. You won't have to start from scratch again.
Let see if that is feasible or not and I will update you once it's completed.

Hey I just checked out your site and its super nice! Just wanted to add that I think on your pricing page if you changed the 30 day money back plan to some graphics that fit your brand it would stick out more and be more sleek! Best of luck to everything you have going on!

Today, we reached another milestone for Chatsilo as we were able to hit $39 MRR and also got three new orders in the last 7 days.
We've only been making the product better and I've not really got the time to start promoting the extension because we're seriously working on our other chrome extensions, Group Leads and Another one.

I just want to give you a quick update about the progress of ChatSilo as we've released the newest version in the last 24 hours.
In this version 1.1.9, we were able to improve on it so it is faster for users.
I'm also happy to get the first 5 star review for this extension on the chrome store.
We are also planning to increase our pricing soon immediately after launch as it's obvious we are charging too low at the moment.
