A better way to learn - track, manage and learn how to learn
I realised that is my first time building a product. I had no idea how to do it, apart from reading about common startup successes and reading a couple of books. I had very little feedback sources and needed some guidance on how to build and launch.
Applied for the MAP Velocity Program in Australia - a startup incubator that takes early stage ideas and founders and helps them turn that idea into a startup ready for accelerator programs.
I had the barebones of my idea down, was pretty confident about what I wanted to build, but I needed to figure out if my hunches and hypotheses were right and that my approach and story resonated with others.
Set out to see if I could attract subscribers to a mailing list interested in the topic and get them to subscribe to weekly advice on how to learn as well as product updates.

I did extensive research for a couple of months, talked to other students, learned about the principles of learning and spent a large amount of time thinking about how people learn, why we study the way we do, what is frustrating about it and what we can do better.

No-one ever taught me how to learn. Once I started looking into it, I discovered that there are objective principles and steps every learner should understand and apply. Meta helps learners learn.
