Metrya
Your Apple Health data, actually explained
I use an Ultrahuman ring, Omron BP monitor, a smart scale, and a few other trackers - everything flows into Apple Health. Hundreds of data points every day. But when I wanted to actually ask questions about my data - trends, correlations, what's off - there was nothing on iOS that didn't come with a subscription and a third-party server sitting between me and my health data.
As a developer, I know how easy it is to export HealthKit data and run it through an AI model directly. So I got frustrated and built exactly that.
Metrya reads your data straight from HealthKit and lets you connect your own API key - Claude, OpenAI or Google. Your data never touches my servers. A single $10 API credit realistically lasts 6+ months of daily use. No subscription, no middleman, no "premium insights" paywalled behind a monthly fee.
I built it mostly for myself, and I use it every day - which means I keep adding features. Next up within a week: AI-proposed smart goals and streaks, plus more biohacker-oriented analytics.
If you're into health tracking, longevity or just hate unnecessary subscriptions - I'd genuinely love your feedback. What would make this more useful for you?
About
I track my health obsessively but Apple Health data was unreadable. Built Metrya to fix that with AI. Health data stays on your phone, direct communication with AI provider via BYOK approach, so third-party involved

Really interesting problem to solve. I've been working on something similar — Awra also reads from Apple Health and generates weekly AI narratives across sleep, activity, and nutrition to surface cross-domain patterns. One thing I noticed: the privacy angle (no third-party servers) resonates strongly with the QS audience. What's your take on the weekly digest format vs. on-demand queries? We went with weekly synthesis for Awra, but curious if power users want more real-time interaction.
