Saw a post on Hacker News that changed me

Up until this point I wasn't even considering turning my app into a SaaS product. I saw a post on Hacker News about a guy who was in a similar situation as I was -- looking at his GitHub repos and feeling almost a sense of shame for thinking anything in there deserves money. It wasn't a popular post on Hacker News, but I found it in the new queue while laying in bed on my iPad. A "Eureka Moment" washed over me in an awesome wave. I immediately got up and started thinking how I can turn MGRS Mapper into a paid service.
