Mindease - AI Mental Health
Your AI-powered mental wellness companion for daily support
I see so many people quietly struggling with everyday stress, loneliness, and overthinking—late nights when your mind races, feeling isolated after big life changes, or just needing a way to process emotions without waiting weeks for therapy or feeling like a burden. Therapy is incredible for deeper issues, but the small, daily emotional maintenance often gets overlooked due to cost, stigma, or not feeling "bad enough."
That's why I built MindEase: a simple mobile app that's your always-available, empathetic AI companion for everyday well-being. It's not clinical therapy or crisis support—if you're in crisis, please reach out to professionals or emergency services.
Key features:
AI Chat Support – Empathetic, non-judgmental conversations 24/7
Mood Tracking – Log feelings and spot trends over time
Quick Mindful Exercises – Breathing, grounding, positivity resets
Daily Reflections – Guided journaling prompts
Unlimited chats, full reports, all exercises
It's iOS/Android, clean, private, and focused on helping people feel a little calmer and less alone every day.

I'm bootstrapping this solo from Vietnam, and any early users, honest feedback, bug reports, or feature ideas would mean the world.
If it resonates, an upvote or share would help a ton ❤️
Thanks for reading, and rooting for everyone building in public!

this is a space that really rewards patience on the growth side - mental wellness apps tend to see very different retention depending on whether users found you while actively searching for help vs scrolling past an ad. ASA (apple search ads) can work well here because you're catching people already typing things like 'anxiety app' or 'stress relief', which tends to convert and retain better than broad social where the intent isn't there yet. before layering on any paid though, d7/d30 retention will tell you whether the onboarding is actually building a habit loop that sticks. what does your day-1 retention look like in early testing?
