MindMesh

Cognitive Workspace

May 31, 2026 I launched my AI workspace on Product Hunt and finished #20 out of 300 launches without promoting it once.

The surprising part wasn’t the ranking.

It was realizing how many people have simply accepted digital chaos as normal.

Notes in one app.

Tasks in another.

Documents somewhere else.

Manually having to organize folders.

Ideas buried in chat history.

Bookmarks saved for later and never seen again.

Most of us spend our days moving information between tools that were never designed to work together.

That frustration is the reason I built MindMesh.

Not because the world needed another notes app, task manager, or AI model.

Because I believe the future belongs to intelligent workspaces that understand context, connect information automatically, resurfaces related content, and help people think more clearly.

Two weeks after launching, I’m more convinced than ever that people are feeling this problem.

The question is:

Have we accepted digital fragmentation as normal, or are we approaching a point where people expect their tools to finally work together as a single system?

About

MindMesh exists because ideas, conversations, notes, and tasks become scattered across disconnected tools. We created a cognitive workspace, an intelligent thinking environment, to help focus on what's most important.
