MineWars: A Minesweeper Saga
Modern Minesweeper with campaign levels
I grew up playing Minesweeper. It was one of those games that felt simple, but somehow endlessly satisfying.
But on mobile, the experience never evolved — tiny controls, no progression, no sense of adventure. It stayed stuck in the 90s.
So I rebuilt it.
MineWars is my modern take on Minesweeper:
A smooth mobile experience
Campaign mode with 100+ levels
Fog-of-war scrolling
Stars, coins, gems, boosters
Leaderboards (Game Center + Play Games)
Offline-first with cloud sync
Clean, fast, responsive UI
My goal wasn’t just nostalgia.
I wanted new players — people who never touched the original — to enjoy the logic, the challenge, and the “one more try” feeling that made Minesweeper addictive in the first place.
Why I built it
I always felt the classic had more potential. With a bit of polish, progression, and modern UX, it could become a genuinely fun mobile game again. Something that respects the player’s time and doesn’t rely on pay-to-win tricks.
What’s next
I’m refining the game based on early feedback, adding achievements, shop UI, daily challenges, and eventually cosmetic themes.
It’s live now on Android and iOS.
If you check it out, I’d love your feedback ❤️

About
I’m building MineWars because I love Minesweeper and wanted a modern, polished version that adds progression, levels, and better mobile gameplay — that helps new players discover why this game is so fun and addictive!
