AI meeting notes — record on your phone, get six outputs

August 24, 2026 I'm a PM who got tired of writing up meetings, so I built an app that does it. Live on both stores — what would make you trust it?

I work as a PM, which means half my job is meetings and the other half is writing up what happened in them. Four months ago I started building a fix, and it's now live on iOS and Android.

How it works: record any meeting on your phone — in person or on a call, no bot joins anything — tap once, and it produces six outputs: a summary, formal minutes, action items with owners, decisions, a draft follow-up email, and the full transcript.

It also handles close to 100 languages and returns notes in English — a lot of my meetings in Dubai aren't in English, so that part came first.

Where I actually am: launched recently, a handful of users, doing all the marketing myself around a day job — ASO, a small Apple Ads experiment, honest posts like this one.

The recent features came directly from early-user feedback, including a privacy question from a Reddit thread that ended up reshaping my landing page this week.

It's called MinutedAI — free tier included. Genuinely asking: what would make you trust, or refuse to trust, an app like this with your meetings? And for the founders here — what worked for your first 100 users?

The strongest part is that early user feedback is already changing the product, especially around privacy. For something handling real meetings, trust isn't just a messaging problem—it directly affects whether people will use it at all.
