The sharpest thing in this whole post is "Chain Clips," and it is nearly buried in a feature list. Every generator, Runway, Sora, Kling, makes a great standalone clip, so "text-to-video" cannot separate you. "Connect scenes into one longer narrative" is the thing most of them do not lead on, and it is the actual reason someone picks you. Lead with the narrative, not "all-in-one platform."
To your question, the honest answer is that all-in-one loses whenever it is a worse version of a specialized tool. Runway will out-generate you on raw clip quality, and a dedicated writing AI will out-write you, so "we do writing, characters, and video" invites three comparisons you can lose. But there is one thing none of the specialized tools can do, and it is not breadth, it is continuity: the same character, staying consistent from the novel to the character art to the video. That consistency is exactly what dies every time a creator hops from ChatGPT to Midjourney to Runway and the character comes out looking like a different person.
So do not sell "all three in one place," which is a breadth claim that invites a bake-off you can lose. Sell the seam: "your character, consistent from story to screen," which is the one thing a five-tool workflow can never deliver. Breadth is a feature list, continuity is a reason to switch. One question decides the hero: of writing, characters, and video, which handoff do your users say saved them the most pain? That handoff, not the three features, is your product.
