Just launched publicly after building this to solve a problem I kept seeing: tradies losing jobs not because they were bad at the work, but because they were on the tools when the phone rang.

The fix is simple — when a call goes unanswered, the customer gets an automatic SMS within seconds asking what job they need. They reply, the lead lands in a dashboard, the tradie calls back when they're free and books the job.

Also built out quote follow-ups, invoice reminders, Google review automation, referral prompts, and an AI receptionist that answers every call 24/7 with an Australian voice.

Early days — domain is 4 months old, working on SEO and backlinks, first paying customers coming through. Happy to answer questions from anyone who's tackled a similar trade/SMB market.
