Scheduling meetings has always felt strangely inefficient to us.
You’re already having a conversation with someone. You agree that you should meet. And then the conversation stops and a completely different workflow starts:
“Here’s my Calendly.”
Or: “Does Tuesday work?”
“No, how about Wednesday?”
“Morning or afternoon?”
“What timezone?”
We thought: why can’t the scheduling just happen inside the conversation?
That’s why we built momo.ai.
Today, the workflow is very simple: CC momo into an email conversation when you want to schedule a meeting. momo understands the context, checks your connected calendars, coordinates availability with the participants, and gets the meeting into the calendar.
What we’re trying to build is not another booking page. We think of it as conversational scheduling. An AI scheduling assistant that handles the coordination where the conversation is already happening.
Email is where we started, but the underlying idea is bigger: scheduling shouldn’t require people to leave their conversation and enter a separate workflow.
We’re still early, and I’d genuinely love feedback from other founders:
Do you prefer sending a booking link, or would you rather have an assistant handle the scheduling inside the conversation?

That’s a fair question. We’re still early, so I wouldn’t claim that users have completely stopped sending Calendly links yet. What we are seeing is that once scheduling is already happening in an email conversation, bringing momo in feels much more natural than interrupting the thread with a booking link.
