6 months ago I had no idea how to code. I didn't have a big budget. I just had a problem I couldn't solve.

Every month I had no idea where my money was going. Bank statements are just walls of confusing numbers and every app that claims to help wants access to your bank account, which always felt sketchy to me.

So I decided to build something different.

MoneySorted lets you upload your UK bank statement PDF and instantly see where every penny went. Spending categories, top merchants, monthly trends, Excel export. No bank login. No open banking. Just upload and see.

It took 6 months of late nights, a lot of figuring things out from scratch, and honestly this kind of community keeping me going.

Today it's live at getmoneysorted.co.uk - free to try, takes 30 seconds.
