45 days after doing my PH launch ( which was kind of pre-launch ), I got my first paying customer. It is a lifetime deal sale from one of 3rd party LTD partners. The good thing is I also got few small companies which are trying the product. The lifetime customer was great. He also write a good review about us and gave us valuable feedback regarding the features he would want. And the best part is, it actually matches with what we have thought initially.

Okay, So It was 15th Dec 2022, and I scheduled a launch on ProductHunt for 31st Dec as I was confident I will be able to finish the initial version in next 15 days. But on 28th Dec I realised I would not be able to finish it before New year's eve. So I decided to postpone the launch. I reschedule the date to 15th Jan 2023 but I think I must have forgot to click the "save" button. So my PH launch was live on 31st Dec.
I came to know about it 2 hours after it was live. I panicked, didn't know what to do, because I have planned a lot of things to do a successful launch. Here's a list of things that I have planned

1. Post on at least 50 FB groups.
2. Post on at least 20 Twitter communities.
3. Cold DM people on Twitter.
4. Post on Reddit.

Thankfully, at least my landing page has a form that can collect emails. So at the end, here are the results of my PH launch.

1. didn't know how many visitors as I analytics was not integrated.
2. Got 38 emails from that coming soon page.
3. Got 55 upvotes and #10 day rank.
4. Got #88 week rank.
5. Got #2 week rank in SaaS category.

After all it was not that bad. Also, I think since it was New Year's Eve so my competition was fairly low. That's why I got #2 week rank in SaaS category.
