Landing Page is Live! RIFM (roast it for me!)
After a few late nights, the landing page for my upcoming SaaS is live!
MONN is a cross-cloud monitoring services, to monitor all your cloud services in one place. Currently the prototype is working across Render, Vercel, Netlify, Heroku and DigitalOcean.
I'd love some feedback on the landing page - MONN - monitor your cloud services across providers
What do you like? What do you hate?
Keen for your feedback.

About
Currently it's difficult to monitor your cloud apps and services if they're deployed on different cloud providers. MONN connects to them all and gives you one place to monitor everything.

Hi,
If not already.. I would suggest planning "Automatic Health Pings" to be configurable.
I've seen a service downtime.. which was healthy if just looked at its HTTP Status Codes but unusable as it's functionality was very tied with Websockets and the 3rd party Websockets service was stuck.
There was a service where the service homepage gave 404, developers had their weird reasoning to it.
that's a really interesting insight! For the MVP I'll probably keep it simple — how do you think I could make it more advance though in the future? Maybe making them more configurable for the accepted code etc?
There are different considerations, so iterative feature add-ons like
Custom health check service path, certain services (esp. with K8s etiquttes) provide a
/healthlike path in their APIs.Range of status code accepted as healthy.. like certain services simple Redirect to a log-in page when visited at
/; such checks confirm behavior & availability. Then for cases where just status code on a path are not complete picture, I've in past written custom metric exporters.
In case of this app, probably you can just allow users to provide an HAR (HTTP Archive format) and use that for a valid request. These should cover majority cases.
There are always edge cases, can depend on either OSS contributions or wait until a paying customer specifically requests.
fair enough — thank you for the detailed info! Would you be interested to hear more about the project when it launched? I could add you to the mailing list or dm you on twitter?
