December 18, 2021 Desktop apps for Windows / Mac / Linux are here!

Supporting multi-platform is never easy, let along justifying making app for Linux. But I did it! Yes, Monoline now doesn't only support Windows and Mac, but also Linux. I want to use my app anywhere even on a Linux machine. I think Linux user number will grow over time, so I am making my bet here! Hope you enjoy using Monoline in whatever platform you like as I do 😁

June 2021 Came up with the idea

I found myself many times sending messages to myself in a messenger app or emailing myself a file for sharing across desktop computers and mobile devices. Overtime, these messages are hard to search and to be found later. Also, I need to be very careful not to send those messages to people other than myself, otherwise it could be very very awkward depends on what kind of message & files I sendπŸ˜…

I also found myself many times just have something important to write it down, but I don't care where it is, and how it was organized. In the end, I realized that I want a Slack, but only for myself. So I decided to build Monoline -- A message app just for sending messages and upload files to yourself.

About

I found myself many times sending messages to myself in a messenger app or emailing my self a file for sharing across another PC or mobile device. I want an app dedicated for that, basically a Slack but for myself only.
