Moodlens To-do
The only PM tool that runs itself powered by your AI work
Every PM tool dies the same death.
Week 1 — the team is excited. Everyone updates their tasks. The board looks great.
Week 2 — people get busy. Tasks stop getting updated. The board goes stale.
Week 3 — the PM is the only one logging in. The tool is a ghost town. The team went back to WhatsApp.
This isn't a ClickUp problem or an Asana problem. It's a fundamental problem with every PM tool ever built: they all need humans to keep them alive. And humans get busy.
So we stopped asking humans to keep the tool alive.
With MoodLens your team never has to open the app. They send a voice note on WhatsApp → their AI employee analyzes it → fixes the bug → opens the PR → updates the board. While they're outside.
But that's just the start.
We also gave every user an AI boardroom. 155 specialists CEO, CTO, CFO, Engineers, Designers, Marketers that don't just answer questions. They debate your decisions from their own expertise, challenge each other, and converge on one stronger answer.
I tested it on our own strategy. My AI CFO spotted a margin risk I hadn't thought about. My AI CTO flagged an integration problem. My AI CEO proposed a pivot. Under 3 minutes.
On top of that: → Client portal with live project view, auto PDF reports, custom branding no login needed for clients → Moody Intake drop any file or voice note, get structured tasks instantly → Native time tracking, workload view, sprint management → Works from WhatsApp, Telegram, and inside the app itself
We launched this week. Pre-revenue. Looking for brutal honest feedback from this community.
What would make you try this or what would stop you?
About
Every team we talked to had the same story. They'd adopt a PM tool, get excited, use it for two weeks, and then quietly go back to WhatsApp. The board would become a ghost town. The PM would be the only one logging in.

The biggest thing that would stop me is not the WhatsApp angle.
It is that MoodLens currently feels like 4 products fighting to be the main reason to try it: PM tool, AI employee, AI boardroom, client portal, and reporting layer.
The strongest hook is probably the one about PM tools dying because teams stop updating them. That is a real pain.
But once CEO/CTO/CFO agents, 155 specialists, reports, branding, time tracking, and sprint management all enter the same pitch, the buyer may not know what problem they are supposed to care about first.
I’d tighten the first version around one painful workflow before trying to sell the whole boardroom.
Happy to put the sharper positioning path in writing if useful. This feels like a product where the first buyer angle matters more than adding more capability.
You just named the exact thing I've been feeling but couldn't say cleanly. Four products in one pitch means the buyer has to do the work of figuring out what to care about, and most won't. The dead-board pain is the one that makes people nod immediately, so that's the door we should lead through. I'd genuinely value your written take on the positioning path. This is the part that matters more than any feature we could add next.
Exactly. The useful part now is not adding another feature or another pitch layer.
It is making the positioning decision clean enough that the first buyer immediately understands what pain MoodLens owns.
Send me your email and I’ll put the written positioning path together properly.
