There was an existing mock exam pdf that the previous website owner was trying to monetize by selling it to the site visitors as a downloadable PDF.
It was outdated and needed a fresh coat of graphics.
Used my knowledge of creating graphics with Adobe Illustrator and revamped the logo. Creating the ebook only with Word was straight forward as it could get.
Submitted it to Amazon KDP and now my first ebook is live.
I initially started creating a mobile app on IOS which I intended to use for tracking motorbike maintenance. I pivoted and instead bought an outdated motorcycle website as a start from flippa.com. It has a decent social media following and I was thinking I can leverage that userbase to promote any apps related to motorbike that I build after.
It is easy to acquire a new website but restructuring the content is a ton of work. Re-learning search engine optimization and working with WordPress themes and plugins is not that bad.
