Spend time watching movies, not choosing them.

Only ~30 users after one year, it is not enough to continue the development of this platform. Of course, it is also a bit tricky to promote that kind of product, as there is no existing community where I would feel comfortable to promote it.
A big improvement, requiring only few lines of code was done in the ranking system.
How it works: Instead of only calculating the average "enthusiasm" for each movie within a group, the movies that some people don't want to watch are pushed at the bottom of the ranking, and movies that most people would accept to see - even with low enthusiasm - are pushed at the top.
This was the main feedback I got, and now people get the benefits of the app way faster!
The next step will be to improve the onboarding experience.
I decided to stream this product development on Twitch. It helped me to focus a lot, and I spent a total of 8-10 hours over 4 days working on this project.
That first version is now tested by friends and family, and I got nice feedbacks, more about how to improve the UX and navigation, when I expected more requests about new features: as I want to keep this tool simple, the questions were focusing on interface elements.
