Six days into posting about this build here and on Threads/Bluesky, and the part I underestimated wasn't the ranking logic. It was the follow-up loop.

Telling someone "fix this page" is the easy half of a weekly action tool. The harder half is checking, a week later, whether the fix actually moved anything, or whether I just added another item to their Monday.

I wired that loop up this week: the tool now checks last week's recommended fix against this week's numbers before it hands out a new one. I'm running it against my own dozen sites first, before I'd trust the answer on someone else's portfolio. A tool that only ever says "yes, it worked" isn't actually checking anything.
