Quickly sign and share a mutual NDA
Committed to putting an initial v1 out for actual use. Immediately noticed all the small little bugs and fixes that needed to be done, but was able to start using with colleagues to get real feedback, beyond "neat idea". Hadn't put any of my own original products out in the wild in a while, so it was a bit exhilarating to "go live" so to speak :)
Have been kicking around the idea for a while - a basic/quick way to share a mutual NDA with people who are slightly concerned about someone 'stealing' their idea, but want to talk.
Having 'my own' with basic terms I'm comfortable with, as well as two-way language that protects each side equally - both of those were things I'd wanted to have for a while. Hadn't seen a service out there, so, thought I'd try my hand at building one.
