I'm thrilled to share some exciting progress on MVP1, our AI-powered MVP creation service designed to transform your app ideas into reality! We've just completed Step 1 of our 7-step process, and here are some of the fantastic results we've achieved so far:

Step 1: From Idea to Features

In Step 1, we focused on converting raw ideas into detailed feature lists. Here's a sneak peek at some of the ideas we worked on and the features we've defined:

1. University Management Platform

   • Course Management: Allows administrators to create, modify, and manage courses, including course schedules, syllabi, and assignments.
   • Student Information System: Provides a centralized database to store and manage student records, including personal information, enrollment status, grades, and transcripts.

3. Construction Company Management Platform

   • Project Management: A comprehensive project management system that allows users to create, track, and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
   • Resource Allocation: Enables efficient allocation and tracking of resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, across multiple projects.

4. Employee Shift Management Platform

   • Shift Scheduling: Allows managers to create, assign, and manage employee shifts based on availability, skills, and business requirements.
   • Employee Self-Service: Enables employees to view their assigned shifts, request time off, swap shifts with coworkers, and communicate with managers through the platform.

5. School Management Platform for Autism Kids

   • Personalized Learning Plans: Allows teachers and therapists to create and manage individualized learning plans tailored to each student's specific needs and abilities.
   • Communication and Collaboration Tools: Provides a platform for parents, teachers, and therapists to communicate, share progress updates, and collaborate on strategies to support the child's development.

Creating an MVP is always a tedious process. Decided to create an AI agent to do it for me every time.

The process is the same I teach my Web Development students, (I teach in a local bootcamp)

We start with the idea, and write the 2 most importan features of it.

From there we identify the user roles and for them we create User Stories to reflect to features the application will have based on the main features.

Next steps are a bit more technical, since we structure the database and we create mocks and pages for the app.

Once we have all we can start coding the MVP.

With this AI (MVP1) we can just pass the idea and it will create everything for us following the steps outlined in our methodology.

The results were amazing, Our hybrid process allowed us to create full fledged apps from a single sentence.
