My BodyQuest
Transform Your Body, Transform Your Life
My BodyQuest exists because I couldn't find what I actually wanted as a fitness enthusiast. Every app I tried made me choose — track your workouts or track your nutrition. But consistency is the real problem in fitness, not information. People know what to do. They just don't stick with it.
I got laid off and instead of just job hunting, I decided to build the app I'd always wanted. One AI coach that understood my training and my nutrition together. But I knew a smart coach alone wasn't enough — because motivation fades, and willpower is unreliable.
So I built in a full gamification layer — streaks, badges, leaderboards, challenges and quests — where every reward is tied to real fitness behavior. Hitting your protein target. Completing your session. Staying consistent week over week. My BodyQuest makes showing up feel genuinely rewarding, not like a chore.
I added visual progress charts because there's something powerful about seeing your strength, nutrition, and consistency trends over time — not just feeling like you might be improving. Data makes progress real.
And I built a community into the core of the product, not as an afterthought. Accountability partners, shared challenges, people on the same journey. Because nobody does their best work alone.
My BodyQuest exists for the person who's past the beginner phase, takes their health seriously, and wants a smarter system that keeps them coming back — not just another app they abandon in a week.
About
I couldn't find an all in one fitness app that also kept me motivated. I got laid off and wanted to keep my developer skills fresh, so I put the two together and built the app myself.
