Legendsverse
Action Figures Collection tracker
I finally finished uploading every Marvel Legend figure ever released. The admin was a good idea. Now Legendsverse has 1174 figures on its DB, 499 BAF pieces, and 104 waves. It feels good to finally finish this. It took me almost a year. And to think that I wanted to have every figure ready for launch.

Since the beginning I was reluctant to develop an admin panel, because I thought that would be just procrastinating more important stuff. I developed it to upload and update figures. Before that everything was made through the command line. And in about a few days I was able to upload +100 figures. So yeah, it was a good call.

Yesterday Legendsverse reached 1K in revenue. This month has been the biggest since February.
What changed?
I started showing up almost daily. I started posting updates on twitter and reddit, and made a few posts on FB. I need to find a better way to post updates on reddit, and not make it spammy, but still not sure how to do that.

Same as title, while keeping the live demo feature live, I was about to remove it but I thought it could be useful for people to give the app a try before submitting their email and name. I also rebranded the website from mylegendscollection to legendsverse.

I'm giving a lifetime access discount. I want to test if people would be more interested in getting access to the app by paying a lifetime membership. I guess they will. Most of the prospects that were interested in the app while I was working on it got cold when they saw it was a recurring pricing model. Let's see what happens with this lifetime pricing.

Until now I didn't have anything to push people to subscribe to my newsletter. Now, I'm giving people access to a spreadsheet that has all the data of the mylegendschecklist.com website. It's updated every week automatically. Hopefully people will be interested in this data.

Released a pricing model way more accessible. From having three different options (monthly $4.99, yearly $49.99 and lifetime $99.99) now I only have one plan. Yearly $9.99. This is a price I feel really comfortable with and I think it's way fairer. Hope it will work out.

Set up Stripe Climate to legendsverse.com. I started donating 1.5% but thought it was too little, I decided to start donating 5% of the revenue to help climate change. Hopefully this will push people to subscribe and will also help the world. Let's see where this goes.

I released https://mylegendschecklist.com. This is a free companion app with a list of every ML figure released and upcoming. The idea of this app is to have a new distribution channel. Since MyLegendsCollection is a closed app only for paid subscribers there's no way to rank it on SEO. That's what MyLegendsChecklist is for, I want to make it the ultimate source of truth to collectors and take collectors from it to my paid product.

I got my first yearly customer! He tried to get a lifetime subscription but there was an issue with the register form. Now fixed. He got a yearly subscription instead. It's been a week with a lot of work fixing bugs, adding small features and adding more figures to the app.

About
I love collecting Marvel Legends figures and haven't found a source of truth to keep track of the ML I have and which I want to buy.
