I simply Put up a budget a side for designing, developing and launching the MVP of this project, 100% bootstrapped by me and started hiring on upwork.
I have a full time job I depend on (plus I am a mom of a 1 year old) so I set a side exactly the amount of hours I could invest weekly, thats how I discovered I would have to outsource as much as I could from the design to the development and maybe eventually I will even hire a project manager. while this project takes off, I only need 20+ paying companies to make it profitable.
