MyLibrary
Book Sharing App
This app is still a work in progress as there are so many things that are yet to be completed. I am trying to include javascript into my project as well.
I will try to switch to paid version on heroku or any other platform but until then I also am applying for jobs so that I can fund this project of mine
This was the best part.
When I deployed my app to heroku and with that the last part of tutorial was also complete.
While deploying I ran into so many problems and it took me 2 days to get the app running on heroku. This was the first ever app that I have deployed and is live for users to see.

At last it was time to assemble all I have learnt and everything was tested together. The local version of my app was ready to be deployed.
At this point what I learnt was how important it was to be patient while learning new things and not give up on slightest of discomfort while learning.

Started learning django along with creating the frontend.
For learning django I used the Mozilla Developer Network course and started creating the backend for my app along with the course.
I learnt how to create views and link urls to views. The best thing about the course was that I had to read everything and then do it.

After completing my course on HTML and CSS I started creating the frontend for my app. I designed the landing page, the home page and the collection page.
I ran into so many problems trying to apply HTML and CSS and sometimes I wanted to give up but the idea of completing this project kept me going

I was out of my job and because of theCOVID-19 pandemic I was not getting any interview calls. Then the lockdown started and I always wanted to work on this project.
I started by learning HTML and CSS from FreeCodeCamp certification course to create a frontend for my app.

It has been a dream project of mine for several years as I love reading books as well as sharing them with others. With MyLibrary I want to create a platform where users can share their books and their experiences.
