The first nanna-approved AI image generator
You know that feeling when a domain you look up is actually available? I think the Google team missed an opportunity with their naming of their image model, Nano Banana. Well, now that AI builds so fast, intrusive product thoughts become production apps.
I've been diving deeper into building with AI. We've come so far in speed and quality even in the last 6 months. Nanna Banana was a way for me to explore not only whether you can vibe-code a reasonable end-to-end product into existence, but how quickly. This took me one day to build and deploy without writing a single line of code. Thanks Claude Code :D
This isn't a money-making project. I just like making stuff, and I'd love for people to try it out!

Curious: what part of the process surprised you the most compared to traditional coding, speed, debugging, or just how easy it was to connect everything?
The struggle with implementing auth flows properly. I think the models have a way to go there and are missing the realtime feedback / logs of multiple external systems to coordinate a working solution easily without a human in the loop.
Impressive how much you can build in a day with the right AI tools. How do you decide which ideas to prototype first?
I didn’t spend much time deciding, just went with it. Build first, ask questions later 😂
