Introducing the 3 Program
We realized that launching the site and the build-up to launching was great, and we wanted to recreate that but creating a new section of the site. A one-time special deal/course was created that newcomers could sign up for a mini course for $3, and then upselling them to the full-blown online course for $20. The conversion rate was wonderful.
