NAVINES Beacon
AI-powered digital operations intelligence
For years I kept seeing the same problem.
Business owners often know something is wrong, but they don't know where to look or which problems actually matter.
Most tools generate reports.
I wanted to build something that generates accountability.
So I built NAVINES Beacon.
Beacon continuously tracks websites, online stores, and marketplaces, measures live heartbeat and stability, explains technical problems in plain business language, and helps drive resolution with AI guidance.
No APIs.
No credentials.
No internal access.
Every issue receives its own attention until resolution.
My goal is simple:
Detection → Business Impact → Action → Resolution.
This is only the beginning, and I plan to continue improving Beacon every day.
I'd love to hear feedback from the Indie Hackers community.

I'd be careful with one thing.
The interesting question may not be whether businesses need better visibility into problems.
It may be which problems they need enough confidence in to actually act on.
Those sound similar, but they can lead to very different product decisions.
I agree with that point.
This is not just about giving businesses more visibility into problems. Visibility alone is not enough.
The real value is giving owners and operators enough confidence to act.
NAVINES Beacon is not a hobbyist dashboard. It is built for people who actually care about the truth of their operation what is happening right now, which problems matter, how they should be handled, and how to track them professionally until they are resolved.
The system brings together live evidence, screen-level signals, detected issues, operational context, case tracking, priorities, and OpenAI-powered support connected to the actual findings. The goal is not to replace people, but to give the owner and the team a clearer, more honest view of reality.
In business, relying only on opinions can become expensive. Not because employees or service providers are bad, but because they are not always inside the real battlefield of the product. The person who carries the risk needs transparency, structure, and live intelligence.
That is why we built this.
Beacon is for owners, operators, teams, and service providers who want to know what is really happening now, not what someone thinks is happening. It helps organize every issue, track it with a case ID, understand what matters first, and move from detection to resolution.
The game is online. The operation is live. The only thing that truly exists is the present moment. What happened already happened. The future is unknown. What matters is what is happening now and whether you are acting on the truth.
This is also why we give a few days free. We believe in the product. It is built for people who care about their operation, their growth, their security, and their customers.
The silent enemy is wrong data, wrong assumptions, and people feeding incomplete information into ChatGPT or Gemini and then making decisions from the wrong insight.
Here, the foundation is different.
Live signals. Real findings. Current evidence. Clear priorities. Professional tracking. OpenAI support connected to the actual operational truth.
That is how you win.
What matters now.
Not more reports.
Not more complexity.
Truth. Clarity. Accountability.
