November 17, 2025 Nayi Pathshala: Bringing AI to Indian Teachers

Nayi Pathshala started from a small moment that opened my eyes. My brother, who is a school teacher, was trying to generate a question paper using ChatGPT—but the AI kept sending trimmed text and broken answers. After struggling for a while, he finally said, “Bro, there has to be an easier way… can you fix this?”
To help him, I created a tiny tool using the OpenAI API that generated clean quiz questions instantly. What I thought was a small hack ended up saving him hours of work. That’s when it hit me—teachers everywhere are still stuck using the same old-school methods, even when technology has moved so far ahead.

Most teachers spend 2–3 hours preparing exam papers, rewriting lesson plans, and handling repetitive tasks that AI can do in seconds. Students have countless apps, but teachers, the ones who actually run the classroom, rarely get tools built for their needs.
So I decided to build Nayi Pathshala , an AI-powered assistant that helps teachers generate exam papers, create lesson plans, manage schedules, and stay updated effortlessly. If one small tool could make my brother’s life easier, why not build something that helps every teacher save time and teach smarter?
