Nesso Community Institute

Not only have we been helping homeowners, but have now launched HOA video conferencing and recording services. We are able to go to the meeting for homeowners to summarize what happened and give them the highlights. We also have an online platform which provides the ability to view the recording.

We have begun to represent homeowners that need help with their association. From quick issues to longer term contracts - homeowners are finally receiving the assistance they need to look at their board, the vendors and the management company.

When we go together, we are stronger.

We registered our organization, built out a business plan and dove into the services we will be providing and got beta customer feedback. Our meetup group is a great way to get that feedback and see what services people may need.

We have begun our journey

This is a way to open-source helping homeowners, networking together and building a community of homeowners that want to discuss, get help around homeowner/condo associations.

We now have regular monthly meetings to discuss new topics or go over existing topics or news stories.

This helps grow the business also, since some may need more support for the rabbit hole of research and dedication people have to put into when working on an issue with their association.
