I'm Sanjay, Founder of Neural Inverse Inc. I built Neural Inverse - an AI-native IDE for regulated software (firmware, legacy modernization, Bring your own AI model).

    The signal I'd be hesitant to trust too quickly is the demand for "free AI."

    Not because it's unimportant.

    Because the same adoption pattern could support several very different explanations about what users actually value most in the product.
