A few weeks ago I got fed up with the state of tech news. Too much noise, too many tabs, too much clickbait. So I did what any indie hacker would do — I built my own.
NewsTide is a fully automated news platform covering tech and AI. Articles are generated, SEO-optimized, and published automatically, 24/7. No manual writing, no editorial team. Just pipelines doing their thing.
The stack:
• Next.js + Supabase
• AI content pipelines
• IndexNow for instant Bing indexing
• Auto-generated sitemaps, slugs, and metadata
• Fully bilingual (EN/ES)
Where it stands after week 1:
• 300+ impressions on Google Search Console
• Indexing fast
• Zero paid promotion
It’s still early and rough around the edges, but the infrastructure is solid and the numbers are moving in the right direction.

Exactly — and that’s the core thesis behind what we’re building. It’s not just another AI news digest. The curation engine reads Google Trends, Reddit signal, X conversations, and search velocity to surface what’s actually gaining traction before it peaks — not after. So the filter isn’t editorial taste, it’s real-time demand data. Readers trust it because it’s consistently early, not because someone decided it was important.
