Hired first contractor and profitability

After a month of running the website by myself, I realized that data entry itself was taking up all my time and I didn't have any time left to continue building the site (this is a night and weekends project). That led me to the realization I needed to hire at least a part-time contractor for a data entry. Because the site immediately generated traffic, I decided to throw ads on it so I could pay for the contractor. By the end of the first month, I had $100k yearly run-rate with less than $2k/mo expenses.
