NextDrop
All the upcoming NFT drops and more
After a month of running the website by myself, I realized that data entry itself was taking up all my time and I didn't have any time left to continue building the site (this is a night and weekends project). That led me to the realization I needed to hire at least a part-time contractor for a data entry. Because the site immediately generated traffic, I decided to throw ads on it so I could pay for the contractor. By the end of the first month, I had $100k yearly run-rate with less than $2k/mo expenses.
I built the MVP over a weekend as a simple list of upcoming NFT project I'd find online. My expectations were very low for this product so I paid zero attention to how structured the whole project was, a choice I will regret for a very long time.
The launch was smooth, didn't promote it personally because I'd rather keep a low profile but a few friends of mine shared it on Twitter (unsolicited) and the project took off.

About
I started NextDrop because I was tired of finding out about exciting NFT projects only after they were completely sold out. It started as a simple list of drops I'd find online or chatting with friends.
