For years now, we've been developing Night Eye. Our team of proven specialists have thrived to improve Night Eye's algorithm, so it satisfies all your needs. Not just inverting the colors and saying the job's done. No, we have delved deep into the world of dark mode. So much so, it has become our lives and our mission.

We've been receiving hundreds of questions from devs and website owners. They were all eager to know if we plan on making an effective plugin that can turn their WordPress website dark, without the need to touch the code, at all.

Hey guys! Almost 1 month after our small product Dark CSS generator, we are pushing another one to help developers. This time we developed a completely free browser extension called Night Viewer.

Night Viewer is a lightweight and free browser extension that enables dark mode for the View Page Source. Not only that, it also shows you how the browser has rendered a page’s original HTML into a functioning DOM, including modifications made by JavaScript. Night Viewer allows you to modify the font size of the View Page Source by increasing or decreasing it to make it more readable.

Available for Chrome, Firefox, Edge and other chromium based browsers.

It got us thinking that we should provide more feedback and appreciation to the teams behind the products we use!

Saying thank you and offering proper feedback is often neglected because of our daily tasks and worries.

We need to remember that building and maintaining a product takes courage, sweat and countless hours of work. Our team will try to be more open and more proactive in offering feedback and appreciation to the developers behind the products we use to be more productive in our daily job!

New feature that has been just released - if your OS is set to dark/light - Night Eye will sync with it and adjust accordingly. This feature has been requested for quite a while and finally is here.

Besides that - we are planning to launch a new Night Eye product for web developers - stay tuned :)

We had hard times fixing the Google Docs dark mode. For quite a while, it was flashing when you were typing, but no more! It is finally solved.

There is much work to be done to improve the Google Docs dark mode. One of the things we are struggling is to keep the original colors (when highlighting something) from being converted.

We are in the process of preparing an IH Interview post. We open the doors and will include everything you need to know about the browser extensions niche, why it is the worst place to start from, and how you can disprove all the naysayers.

P.S. We are working on a feature that will seriously improve the performance of Night Eye.

• LinkedIn dark mode optimised
• support.microsoft.com dark mode is now functioning properly.
