No Deal

I kept seeing the same problem: founders get rejected and hear "not a fit right now." Nothing actionable.

So I built No Deal — AI that reads your pitch deck and explains exactly what an investor thinks at each slide. Not generic advice. Actual investor inner monologue:

"This TAM has no source. I've seen this exact $50B figure in 40 decks this month. Next."

What I built:

- Next.js + Vercel (free tier)

- Gemini 2.0 Flash as main AI, Groq/Llama as fallback

- Upstash Redis to store results

- Crypto payments only — Base (USDC/USDT) and Tron (USDT)

- No Stripe, no accounts needed

Total infra cost: $0/month

The hardest part was the prompt. Getting AI to give brutal, specific feedback instead of vague suggestions took ~20 iterations. Key insight: force it to write the investor's inner monologue, not recommendations.

Status: live at no-deal.vercel.app, zero paying customers, launching today.
