Honestly, one of the most important things I've learned (known already but this MVP really honed in on) is to make what you're building as simple as possible in order to ship quickly and iterate. Find the value that can be expressed in the most minimal way, 0-1 style.

This product idea came when a friend of mine who runs a small company mentioned the unnecessary back and forth that can occur when non-Github users need to report issues, doing most of the co. project management via Github. He solely wanted a place to point non-Github users in the co. to so they could submit their own issues without needing others to write it for them.

About

In small companies, often project mgmt can exist solely via Github, and non-tech folks would need Github accounts to contribute, or email engineers within the org. gitIn was created to open up the issue creation process.
