Today I got my first real user. 🎉

A visitor from Romania landed on Norl, explored the site, opened the invoice generator, created an invoice, downloaded the PDF, and even looked around for more tools afterward.

It might not sound like much, but seeing someone I've never met use something I built from start to finish is an incredible feeling.

Back to building. 🚀

Day 3 of launching my first SaaS

I've had:

• 3 real visitors
• One from Germany
• One from Malaysia
• Another Google page indexed

Nobody has generated an invoice yet. Oddly enough...I'm still excited. Every visitor tells me the product exists outside my laptop. I'm not chasing thousands of users right now. I'm chasing the first person who actually creates an invoice and thinks, "I'd use this again."

Today's goal: improve the onboarding and make the first invoice take under 60 seconds.
